RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags/packaging.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email support@thedrobe.store (or use the Contact page) with your order number and whether you want a refund or exchange. We’ll reply with next steps and a return address/label when applicable.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping may be deducted unless the return is due to our error.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thedrobe.store.

- Clear photos of the item, the issue, and the packaging (inside & outside)
We’ll investigate and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on stock.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.
After 48 hours, processing may have started and cancellation isn’t guaranteed. If it has shipped, please use the return process after delivery.
AFTER YOUR ORDER SHIPS
Once shipped, the package is with the carrier. Delays or transit issues are largely outside our control, but we’ll try our best to help coordinate with the carrier.
REFUNDS
Refunds (when approved) are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank/card to post the credit. Used/worn/washed or incomplete returns may receive a partial or no refund.

Exchanges depend on available stock. If unavailable, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.
